Nina Threets is an experienced financial advisor and works with individuals who strive to have a work-optional lifestyle. In Nina’s book- determination, perseverance, and execution are words put into action by Nina, which is why her transition into the finance industry was natural from her professional track career. Graduating with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Science from Louisiana Tech University as a pre-med major, Nina continued to excel and went on professionally to represent USA at the 2008 Olympic Trials, 2009 U.S Indoor Nationals, 2009 U.S. Championships, and successfully competed overseas in the 400 meter run on a global level.
In hanging up her spikes and channeling her energy into the finance world for almost a decade, Nina has an insatiable appetite for all things entrepreneurship. She firmly believes that entrepreneurship is critical to the innovation and sustainment of economy. In fact, she didn’t waste any time rolling up her sleeves and serving her community. Nina is part of the first female leadership group leading the community south of the Trinity River, making history in the city of DeSoto. She combines her financial acumen with her heart for service, and she is fueled more than ever to serve in closing the wealth gap.
